We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director People Operations to serve as both a passionate employee advocate and a catalyst for transformative organizational change. In this pivotal leadership role, you will architect and drive the strategic direction of our human capital function, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support Amplify's mission and business objectives.
  • Implement policies and frameworks to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Ensure HR practices and programs align with industry best practices and company goals.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring of top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class employer branding strategy to position Amplify as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to highlight Amplify's innovative culture and career growth opportunities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
  • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.

HR Policy & Budgeting Management

  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with legal standards and support company culture.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all HR documentation and communications.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Implement systems and processes to optimize HR efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

Employer Branding & Quality Standards

  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all HR functions to reflect Amplify's innovative reputation.
  • Partner with leadership to promote Amplify as a thought leader in the SaaS and healthtech industries.
  • Develop internal communications and programs that strengthen employee advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within service-oriented industries, with a proven track record in both corporate and business unit environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Adept at navigating complex challenges and driving change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
