We are looking to urgently hire for three in-person roles at Zo'Nanos, a growing haircare brand based in Karachi. The focus is on hiring strong candidates for strategy and content roles. The design role will support the team and is budgeted at a junior-mid level salary.

1. Brand & Growth Strategist

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 3–6 month marketing plans aligned with launches, holidays, and key moments (Eid, wedding season, etc.)
  • Research new platforms, AI tools, and social trends for content innovation
  • Plan and manage influencer collaborations, including scouting, budgeting, and ROI tracking
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies (Meta/Google) for ad briefs and performance monitoring
  • Lead campaign planning for retail partners and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Present monthly reports on brand performance and competitor analysis

Profile Sought:

  • 3–5 years in brand, marketing, or influencer roles
  • Strong grasp of D2C and beauty/wellness space in Pakistan
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
2. Content & Community Lead

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and manage content for reels, captions, emails, blogs, and website pages
  • Plan and storyboard social content in sync with the brand strategy
  • Schedule and upload posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Respond to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
  • Track engagement trends and support campaign planning with insights

Profile Sought:

  • 2–4 years in content, social media, or community management
  • Strong writing skills with awareness of Gen-Z style and tone
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
  • Experience managing interns and their tasks
3. Brand Designer (Support Role)

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media visuals, emailers, popups, and website banners
  • Support ad creative needs for the digital marketing team
  • Edit basic motion graphics and video overlays when needed
  • Work closely under the direction of the Brand & Growth Strategist and Content Lead

Profile Sought:

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing design (agency or brand side)
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools
  • Quick learner with willingness to follow brand direction
