We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented "Sales Manager" to work with our existing sales team and to implement the most effective sales practices to increase the company's topline.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify the target market.
  2. Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  3. Pitch potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  4. Answer customers' questions and present product details to satisfy the customer's product needs.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
  6. Schedule customer appointments to generate potential leads.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  8. Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
  9. Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  10. Ensure 100% recovery compliance.
Qualifications

Qualification: BBA or MBA

Experience: Min. 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 40,000.00 per month plus commission, bonus, and incentives

Job Specification
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven sales experience of min. 2 years.
  3. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
