The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive experience across all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to deal closure. A strong command of negotiation, communication, and client management is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Maintain a strong and consistent communication flow with key accounts
  • Track and manage sales metrics, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met
  • Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international principals to align client expectations and delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, technical sales, or client engagement roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, including successful deal closures
  • Prior experience with multinational firms in the energy, oil & gas, or fertilizer sectors is strongly preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for pipeline and relationship management is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40%
