A Pakistan-based Market Services Company setting the standard in design & display, with over 150 employees, hiring onsite from Karachi.

Opening: Key Accounts
Job Description
  1. Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all assigned key accounts.
  2. Grow the portfolio by adding more partners and achieve month-over-month growth of partner transactions.
  3. Analyze and identify partner needs and growth opportunities.
  4. Implement new value-added initiatives and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
  5. Own and execute marketing calendars agreed with key accounts.
  6. Align key accounts with the company's short- and long-term strategies.
  7. Ensure superior customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
  8. Drive client retention and satisfaction, maintaining visibility and communication with management.
  9. Report on progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Handle additional tasks or projects as they arise.
Requirements
  1. At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant.
  3. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  4. Process-oriented and data-driven, capable of basic analytical analysis.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  6. Good communication skills and driven, ambitious attitude.
  7. Proactive, capable of leading independent projects.
  8. Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop process flows.
