We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Upselling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts — particularly for custom web & app development, digital branding & SEO.
You'll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, understanding their evolving digital needs, and upselling additional services to help them grow — while helping us grow our business in parallel.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and nurture long-term relationships.
- Understand each client's business goals and propose relevant tech solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on ongoing communication, feedback, or project milestones.
- Prospect and present new service offerings to clients.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Developers to scope and price upsell opportunities.
- Track upsell pipeline and report regularly on performance and client engagement.
- Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- 2+ years of experience in sales upselling — ideally in a web or digital agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in sales or growing existing client accounts.
- Proactive and results-oriented — with a strong follow-up game.
- Comfortable discussing tech solutions with both technical and non-technical clients.
- A team player who can collaborate across departments to execute upsell plans.
Bonus Point if You Have:
- Prior Sales experience in a web agency or digital services company.
- Deep understanding of tech like WordPress, Digital Marketing.
- Experience upselling creative or technical add-ons (e.g., branding, UX/UI, performance optimization, content services).
- Experience working with UAE-based clients or within the GCC region is a strong advantage.
