Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

The role of the Business Growth Strategist is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and growth. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services that cater to their evolving digital needs.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain proactive communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Analyze each client's business goals and propose tailored tech solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on regular feedback, project milestones, or client interactions.
  • Present new service offerings to clients and collaborate with internal teams to scope and price these opportunities.
  • Monitor the upsell pipeline and report regularly on performance and client engagement.
  • Serve as the bridge between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who has demonstrated success in growing existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, a strong follow-up game, and be comfortable discussing technical solutions with both non-technical and technical clients.

  • Has 2+ years of experience in sales upselling – ideally in a web or digital agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or growing existing client accounts.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong follow-up game.
  • Comfortable discussing tech solutions with both technical and non-technical clients.
Bonus Points:
  • Prior Sales experience in a web agency or digital services company.
  • Deep understanding of technologies such as WordPress and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience upselling creative or technical add-ons (e.g., branding, UX/UI, performance optimization, content services).
  • Experience working with UAE-based clients or within the GCC region is advantageous.
