As a Business Sales Manager at THC, your primary role will be to:
• Sell telecom services (internet, phone, cable) to business clients across the U.S.
• Make outbound B2B calls and manage leads using our provided dialer and CRM
• Present telecom plans using pre-approved scripts and strategies
• Identify client needs and recommend the best provider and package
• Close deals and submit complete sales orders through our portal
• Collaborate with team leads for updates, feedback, and goal tracking
This is a commission-only role, ideal for confident, self-motivated individuals who love sales and want unlimited income potential.
Requirements
• Driven, passionate about sales, and eager to earn significant sales commissions
• Reliable internet, laptop/PC, and headset
• Minimum 6 hours/day availability
• Previous B2B sales, call center, or outbound telesales experience (preferred)
• Coachable and performance-driven
• Comfortable with commission-only pay structure
