What You'll DoThis high-impact role is suited for a strategic, results-oriented professional with strong business development and pre-sales expertise in the Middle East region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Nisum's presence by driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology and product sales within Middle Eastern markets.
Business Development & Sales- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the Middle East to drive growth.
- Present Nisum's technology services and products to key decision-makers during client engagements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic leads in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through consultative selling and market insights.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients across various industries in the Middle East.
- Analyze market trends to inform product and service positioning.
- Utilize industry contacts and Tier-1 tech company networks to uncover new opportunities.
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals, demos, and presentations.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through smooth handovers to delivery teams after sales.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and pre-sales, with a focus on Middle East clients.
- Proven success in closing complex deals in the Middle East market.
- Experience selling technology services and products.
- Prior experience working with Tier-1 tech companies in Pakistan serving the Middle East.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead strategic sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
