Job Overview
Responsible for sales management in the Pakistani market, formulate and implement sales strategies, expand customer resources, enhance brand awareness, and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy Formulation: Conduct in-depth research on the Pakistani market, analyze the macro environment, industry trends, competitors, and consumer needs. Develop and implement market entry strategies, annual market strategies, and sales plans that conform to market characteristics to ensure accurate positioning of the company's products and services in the market and enhance brand market share.
2. Sales Business Management: Responsible for negotiating, confirming, and tracking sales orders, promoting the achievement of sales targets, ensuring closed-loop payment collection, and avoiding potential risks. Supervise and manage regional market businesses such as brand, service, channels, new product launches, and market competition dynamics, and timely adjust strategies to respond to market changes.
3. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Plan, develop, and manage local sales channels, select high-quality distributors, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, formulate cooperation policies, and supervise their implementation. Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, maintain customer relationships, handle customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, explore potential key customer resources, and promote business growth.
4. Team Building and Management: Establish and lead the local sales team, clarify members' responsibilities, formulate performance evaluation standards, carry out training and incentive activities to improve the overall business capabilities and work efficiency of the team. Coordinate internal and external resources, closely cooperate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth collaboration in product supply, technical support, after-sales service, and other links, and guarantee the smooth progress of business.
5. Marketing Execution: Participate in company product planning, provide suggestions for product improvement and new product research and development based on local market needs and competitive situation. Formulate and implement localized integrated marketing plans, organize marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product sales volume.
6. Market Information Collection: Regularly collect market information, analyze competitors' dynamics, and provide support for company decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as International Trade, Marketing, and Business Management.
2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales or marketing management experience, more than 3 years of team management experience. Those with experience in the solar inverter industry are preferred. Familiarity with the Pakistani market and having local sales channels and customer resources are preferred.
3. Language Ability: Proficient in English or local languages (such as Urdu), with excellent written and oral expression skills.
4. Skill Requirements: Possess excellent business negotiation, communication and coordination, and team management abilities. Skilled in using office software and data analysis tools, and able to make data-driven decisions.
5. Quality Requirements: Have keen market insight and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to changes in the Pakistani market. Have a strong sense of responsibility and result orientation, and be brave enough to bear the pressure of sales performance. Possess cross-cultural communication skills, respect and understand local cultural differences.

1. Salary Range: [Specific salary: 48,000-80,000 Pakistani Rupees/month, plus task bonuses.]
