The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
- Serve as the first point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handle executive communications including email management and call screening.

Requirements:
