As General Manager, you will be responsible to supervise the staff and oversee the business affairs of a progressive fast-growing company and reporting to the CEO of the company. On top of it, he/ she will be required to develop & implement an effective business development plan, collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to the team, and guide them to success and who will drive solid operations and world-class service delivery to our own brand RDX (Combat Sports Brand).

This individual will be passionate about building high performance teams to drive digital transformation with our customers and employees and deliver exceptional standards-based services to clients with complex digital commerce and managed infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have experience leading high growth companies through transformational change & service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead/inspire/motivate and develop the senior management team by effectively establishing priorities, goals and resourcing plans that lead to a unified culture and aligned business units.
  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
  • Effectively leverage OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or MBOs (Management By Objectives) to drive clarity and alignment through the organization.
  • Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across business unit capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services and partners.
  • Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans.
  • Prepare and implement strategic and operational plans and actions to ensure that facilities and systems, procedures, staffing, support services and capacity are available when needed and at required levels.
  • Lead all planning and management meetings with a view towards coordinated effort priorities.
  • Define, build and manage a scalable and flexible business unit structure. Develop & implement business development strategies and to improve overall quality and productivity.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
  • Create a culture of metrics driven accountability. Oversee change initiatives with comprehensive planning and smooth execution.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the branding & marketing programs and recommend improvements.
  • Generate business, cost and strategy to management.
  • Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues and recommendations.
  • Must be able to understand the overall B2B, B2C business cycle.
  • Must be able to understand Digital Marketing Cycle and to provide an effective model.
Required Skills:
  • Hands on experience in Senior Leadership role within a technology-based organization with a good mix of strategic and operations experience that drives the organization.
  • Thorough understanding of ecommerce technology within B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience in digital marketing, technology and ecommerce domain is essential.
  • Should have demonstrable understanding of Shopify.
  • Communication skills are key to increasing management's effectiveness with both superiors and subordinates.
  • Leadership skills are pertinent to providing and seeking out continuing education opportunities and fostering a growth mindset.
  • Delegation skills are crucial in identifying the best person (or people) for a particular task and act as a facilitator to motivate and direct the work.
  • Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity.
  • Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary for finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favorably.
  • Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals.
  • Problem-solving skills are crucial to analyzing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • BSCS/MSCS.
  • Min. 15 years of proven experience in business development, Digital Marketing in the I.T & Ecommerce Industry.
  • History of generating revenue.
  • Knowledge of the Ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency.
