Job Responsibilities:

  1. Make professional & skillful presentations to targeted doctors in assigned territory for business generation.
  2. Ensure adequate knowledge of products and competitors to establish net gains for customers/users.
  3. Update doctors/chemists contact records and maintain call records through the M.I. system.
  4. Prepare and follow weekly and monthly call plans to improve coverage of A, B & C class customers as per KPIs.
  5. Submit call reports through M.I. application as scheduled.
  6. Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback for marketing strategies.
  7. Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, and health organizations within territory.
  8. Use selling skills to promote Pfizer products and increase prescriptions.
  9. Report calls made to doctors and chemists to the District Field Manager via M.I. application.
  10. Follow the approved tour program and cover designated customer classes.
  11. Promote ethical practices and clearly communicate product benefits.
  12. Arrange Product Group Meetings to discuss products in detail.
  13. Update knowledge on own and competitive products.
  14. Report on competitors' promotional activities and provide feedback.
  15. Ensure stock availability of promotable products at retail level.
  16. Achieve objectives for increased prescriptions and report findings periodically.
  17. Forward technical queries to the Medical Division with proper documentation.
  18. Maintain proper attire, records, and vehicle condition.
  19. Submit expenses and leave plans on time.

Qualifications:

  • Science graduate, preferably Pharm D.

Work Experience: Min 2 years, up to 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Work Location: Remote - Field Based
