Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Manager Business Partnerships, preferably from a pharmaceutical background, to spearhead strategic alliances and institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network within the healthcare, pharma, and medical community to forge impactful collaborations that support business growth and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships withpharmaceutical companies, hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and executepartnership strategies that align with business goals, product offerings, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams(Marketing, Sales, Content, Product) to tailor solutions for partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to promote partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of collaboration with partners, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Maintain and grow existing partner relationships with a focus on long-term collaboration and value.
- Provide market intelligence, insights, and feedback to help shape product development and positioning.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or key account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the pharma ecosystem (companies, KOLs, institutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
