Business Partner Role

This role requires an individual who can establish effective partnerships with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate large-scale hiring initiatives, working closely with recruitment teams to ensure efficient and timely staffing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Hold regular meetings with business units to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with line management to provide HR guidance and support, helping to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and impartiality.
  • Promote a positive work environment, improving employee morale and productivity through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
