
Territory Sales Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas/regions.
- Conduct client visits, provide demonstrations, and secure deals.
- Achieve revenue growth targets aligned with regional business plans.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Re-engage lost clients to reduce churn and identify new opportunities.
- Track tasks and KPIs efficiently within the CRM system for the assigned portfolio.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Handle client queries/issues, take ownership, and follow up for prompt resolution.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships through excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Must have a laptop, mobile device, and internet access.
- Attractive commission structure.
- Mid-Senior level
