Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas/regions.
  • Conduct client visits, provide demonstrations, and secure deals.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets aligned with regional business plans.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Re-engage lost clients to reduce churn and identify new opportunities.
  • Track tasks and KPIs efficiently within the CRM system for the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio expansion.
  • Handle client queries/issues, take ownership, and follow up for prompt resolution.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships through excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
  • Must have a laptop, mobile device, and internet access.
  • Attractive commission structure.
