Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Technical Services Manager. The manager will oversee technical operations, manage product development, interact with clients, and provide technical support. Daily responsibilities include conducting research, implementing technical solutions, training staff, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure product effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The role also involves operational duties related to NIR, HPLC, Mycotoxin testing, and wet chemistry.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in product development, technical operations, and support
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct research and implement solutions
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent client interaction, training, and collaboration skills
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with sales and marketing teams to ensure product effectiveness
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or related field
  • Additional Qualifications: MPhil in Animal Nutrition with at least five years of lab and quality control experience at a feed mill
