The program focuses on r eal-world applications across key areas like f inance, taxation, Odoo ERP, advanced Excel, Canva design, and website creation. Participants will engage in hands-on assignments, case studies, and personalized mentorship to develop expertise in accounting, business, and digital tools.

Over 3 months , the program includes remote tasks, fortnightly meetings, and in-person catch ups. At the end of the program, participants will receive certificates and career guidance, plus opportunities to enhance their resumes and LinkedIn profiles.

Graduates of Uplift Pakistan will be equipped with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to secure meaningful job opportunities in their chosen fields.

The primary objectives of Uplift Pakistan are to:

  • Promote Real-World Learning: Engage participants in case studies, assignments, and projects that simulate real-life scenarios.
  • Foster Professional Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to help graduates navigate their career paths and develop effective job-seeking strategies.

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes:

  • Finance and Taxation: Understanding fundamental principles and practical applications.
  • Odoo ERP: Gaining in-depth knowledge of one of the most widely used ERP systems in the industry.
  • Advanced Excel: Mastering data analysis and financial modeling techniques.

Program Structure

The program spans three months and consists of:

Outcome Measurement

The success of Uplift Pakistan will be measured by the number of graduates who secure meaningful job placements after completing the program. A database will be maintained to track participants' progress and job placements, ensuring accountability and a focus on results.

Uplift Pakistan is primarily aimed at fresh graduates from Pakistan with backgrounds in accounting, finance, business, or relevant professional certifications such as ACCA or ICMA. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and have engaged in extracurricular activities.
