
Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist ( Remote )

We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with 3–4 years in B2B marketing or demand generation. You'll take ownership of outbound campaigns, LinkedIn automation, content creation, and CRM management. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, working directly with the founder while coordinating with client teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working independently, and is motivated by measurable growth results.
Responsibilities- Design and execute high-performing email campaigns and custom email sequences to capture attention, build engagement, and drive conversions.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes—from domain warmup and copywriting to scheduling, follow-ups, and performance optimization—to ensure outreach runs smoothly.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Build high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
- Manage multi-step prospecting flows through Dripify and engage 800–1,000 ideal prospects per month; drive partner outreach on LinkedIn to identify resellers and open new sales channels.
- Content & Social Media: create two to three engaging LinkedIn posts per week, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with customers to build case studies, produce short video content for social media, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Podcast Campaigns: coordinate at least two podcasts per month, including scheduling, guest communication, and light preparation; turn episodes into content assets for outreach and positioning.
- CRM & Reporting: ensure qualified leads are entered into HubSpot with proper tags and notes; maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers; provide weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Client Coordination: act as the liaison between our team and client teams, gather marketing inputs (case studies, testimonials, brand guidelines), manage approvals, and collaborate via Slack and Zoom to ensure smooth execution.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
- Experience using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Dripify; knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads, creating case studies, and producing content for social media.
- Strong written English and excellent communication skills, with direct coordination with clients.
- Familiarity with simple design and video tools like Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
