Location:Field-Based (No Office Sitting) Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Salary Package: 40,000 PKR with 50% commission

Job Summary:

Newlife is looking for a motivated and proactiveReal Estate Agentwho thrives in the field and is passionate about connecting people with the right properties. This is afield-based rolewithno office sitting, ideal for someone who enjoys working on the ground, exploring property opportunities, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and identifynew sale opportunitiesfor residential and commercial properties.
  • Source and engage potentialbuyers for existing propertieslisted with Newlife.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for property documentation, listings, and marketing support.
  • Represent Newlife professionally during client interactions and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience or strong interest inreal estate salesor customer-facing roles.
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with the local property market is a plus.
