Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of 400+ vendors.
  • Achieving targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, Deal Acquisition.
  • Reaching out to vendors to sell growth products/tools on foodpanda platform. Achieving weekly and monthly targets.
  • Building and maintaining a vendor portfolio to generate revenue.
  • Handling end-to-end account management and after-sales service: being the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing requests and issues, ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.
  • Creating long-term relationships with accounts, maximizing their ROI, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Making data-driven decisions to understand vendor performance and ensure high ROI and retention.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, deals, partner care, and sales to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive, willing to go above and beyond to achieve targets and support peers.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Mentorship qualities: compassion, will, and humility.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or sales in FMCG, B2B, or E-commerce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
