Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 400+ vendors.
  • Achieve targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, Deal Acquisition.
  • Reach out to vendors to sell growth products/tools on foodpanda platform and meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain a vendor portfolio to generate revenue.
  • Provide end-to-end account management and after-sales service, being the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.
  • Create long-term relationships with accounts to maximize their ROI, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven analysis to assess vendor performance, ensuring high ROI and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, deals, partner care, and sales to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to support peers.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to mentor team members with compassion, will, and humility.
  • 1-2 years of client management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales experience in FMCG, B2B, or E-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google equivalents, especially Excel.
