Quality Resource Private Limited, a Multinational Digital Marketing company, is currently looking for Senior Sales Executives for its Lahore-based office, specifically for its US-based campaign. This is a prospecting role involving outbound calling to prospective clients.

Salary Slab: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs 120,000/- Basic Salary + Incentives.

Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling.
  • Develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers quickly.
  • Identify customer needs based on digital marketing requirements.
  • Promote and position the strategic & tactical values of digital marketing offerings.
  • Understand digital marketing products thoroughly to drive calls based on client needs.
  • Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and sales activities.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, transactional call center environment requiring project and time management skills.
  • Build good relationships with clients over the phone to convert leads into sales.
  • Make outbound cold calls and close sales where possible.
  • Maintain excellent English communication skills; prior experience in international outbound sales is preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills.
  • Commission on transfers and sales.
  • Weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses.
