Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Executive at The Martech Agency

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Campaign: US-Based Digital Marketing

Salary: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 120,000/- (Basic Salary) + Incentives

Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About Us:

The Martech Agency, a leading multinational digital marketing company, is seeking dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executives to join our Lahore office. This is a pure prospecting role focused on outbound calling to potential clients, specifically for our US-based campaign. If you're passionate about digital marketing and have a strong sales background, we want you to be part of our fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling.
  • Build and nurture value-based business relationships with B2B clients.
  • Understand client digital marketing needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Promote and communicate the strategic value of our digital marketing services.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively address client needs.
  • Research, qualify, and manage sales leads to ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, managing time and projects efficiently.
  • Establish rapport with clients over the phone, ensuring a smooth conversion process.
  • Take ownership of outbound cold calls and close sales where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales and dialing.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly learn and think analytically to address client needs.
  • Prior experience in international sales, especially with outbound calling, is a plus.
