As a Corporate Communication Manager at IO Digital, you will lead the agency's efforts to establish a strong and cohesive brand presence across digital and offline platforms. This role combines strategic thinking, creative execution, and effective collaboration to promote IO Digital as the ideal choice for business and employment while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. In addition to traditional corporate communication responsibilities, this role requires agility and hands-on expertise in managing in-house projects, including video shoots, reels, and edits, with end-to-end ownership, particularly during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Communication and Brand Management
    • Take full ownership of the agency's social media handles and website, ensuring consistent branding and timely updates.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor content strategies to engage audiences and enhance the agency's digital presence, secure approvals & execute timely content calendars based on approved strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to create compelling content for corporate materials, digital platforms, and campaigns.
    • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and audience preferences.
    • Frequently meet with unit heads, senior leadership, and board members to discuss corporate communication agendas, updates, and agency image.
  • In-House Creative Production and Event Management
    • Lead end-to-end production of in-house creative projects, including video shoots, reels, and edits, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, taking ownership of all communication-related deliverables, including event coverage, reels, and post-event content.
    • Manage all aspects of video production, from conceptualization and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
  • External Communication and Public Relations
    • Serve as the primary face of the agency for external communications, including public relations, media interactions, and stakeholder engagements.
    • Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to promote the agency's image and goodwill.
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the agency's public perception and ensure alignment with its mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or digital media management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies, managing digital platforms, and organizing corporate events.
  • Hands-on experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and creating reels for social media platforms is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to align communication strategies with business goals.
