We're Hiring a Closer — Not Just a Sales Rep

At Innotec Claims, we're not looking for someone to "just sell." We want a driven, creative, and relentless lead generator who can attract and convert high-value B2B clients in the restoration and property damage industry — using email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and any smart channel that works. This is a high-impact role with real influence. If you know how to build a pipeline and get results, we want you.

About Us

Innotec Claims delivers accurate, professional estimates for property restoration claims (fire, water, mold, storm damage). We partner with contractors and restoration companies across the U.S., helping them win more insurance claims, faster and cleaner. We're growing fast, and we need a proactive business development pro to help us accelerate.

What You'll Do
  • Hunt and convert: Find restoration companies in the U.S. and bring them into our sales pipeline — qualified, ready, and engaged.
  • Cold email mastery: Plan and execute high-conversion email campaigns and follow-ups. You must be a strategist and a tactician.
  • Pitch like a pro: Craft compelling messaging to book discovery calls and demos that close.
  • Own your funnel: Track leads, nurture relationships, and drive conversions independently using CRM tools.
  • Get creative: Use any outreach tool or technique that brings real B2B results — LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Help refine our outbound strategy based on what works — and what doesn't.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in lead generation or business development, ideally in B2B services or SaaS
  • Experience with cold outreach (email & LinkedIn) and email campaign tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
  • Exceptional English communication — written and verbal
  • Results-driven and numbers-focused — you thrive on KPIs and performance metrics
  • Bonus: Experience in construction, insurance, or restoration industries
