HubSpot Implementation Specialist (Client-Facing Role)

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist who is not only an expert in HubSpot setup, automation, and integrations but also excels in client communication and project execution. This role requires a professional who can configure HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure smooth adoption for clients. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into scalable HubSpot solutions.

Location: Lahore Onsite

Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years

Job Overview:

This role requires a professional who can configure HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure smooth adoption for clients. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into scalable HubSpot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HubSpot Implementation & Optimization – Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, workflows, lead scoring, reporting dashboards, and automation sequences based on client needs.
  2. Client Consultation & Training – Conduct discovery sessions to help clients maximize their use of HubSpot.
  3. Workflow & Automation Setup – Build and optimize email automation, sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and marketing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Third-Party Integrations – Connect HubSpot with Salesforce, Zapier, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Stripe, and other third-party tools via API or native integrations.
  5. Data Migration & Cleanup – Ensure seamless migration of contacts, companies, deals, and historical data while maintaining data integrity.
  6. Reporting & Analytics – Develop custom dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  7. HubSpot Technical Support – Troubleshoot errors, sync issues, and automation failures, ensuring smooth CRM functionality.
  8. Continuous Optimization – Stay up to date with HubSpot's latest features and best practices, proactively recommending improvements for clients.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  2. Strong understanding of HubSpot automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  3. Proven experience in client-facing roles, handling discovery calls, training, and strategic recommendations.
  4. Experience in data migration, API integrations, and HubSpot technical troubleshooting.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical users.
