Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through personalized cold email campaigns, leveraging B2B data sources, and optimizing outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify B2B leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data sources.
  • Cold Email Outreach: Create, manage, and optimize personalized cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and organize lead data in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all collected data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date for effective targeting.
  • Reporting: Track outreach performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and prepare regular reports for the team.
  • Strategy Optimization: Analyze campaign results to improve email templates, targeting strategies, and lead generation processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other lead generation tools and CRMs.
  • B2B Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging cold emails.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
