
Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team at Mountainise Inc. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing HubSpot solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable HubSpot solutions. You will configure and customize HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure smooth adoption for clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. They will possess a strong understanding of HubSpot automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations, as well as proven experience in client-facing roles, handling discovery calls, training, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:- HubSpot Implementation & Optimization – Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, workflows, lead scoring, reporting dashboards, and automation sequences based on client needs.
- Client Consultation & Training – Conduct discovery sessions to help clients maximize their use of HubSpot.
- Workflow & Automation Setup – Build and optimize email automation, sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and marketing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Third-Party Integrations – Connect HubSpot with Salesforce, Zapier, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Stripe, and other third-party tools via API or native integrations.
- Data Migration & Cleanup – Ensure seamless migration of contacts, companies, deals, and historical data while maintaining data integrity.
- Reporting & Analytics – Develop custom dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- HubSpot Technical Support – Troubleshoot errors, sync issues, and automation failures, ensuring smooth CRM functionality.
- Continuous Optimization – Stay up to date with HubSpot's latest features and best practices, proactively recommending improvements for clients.
