Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Air Conditioners & LED TVs

Location: Lahore

Reporting to: National Sales Manager/G.M. Sales

Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by developing and managing strategic corporate sales relationships for air conditioners and LED TVs across Pakistan. The role is responsible for generating new leads, closing high-value deals, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

Identify and target corporate clients including banks, universities, hospitals, real estate projects, hotels, retail chains, and government institutions.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop customized proposals and product presentations according to client requirements.

Manage the complete B2B sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales coordination.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Ensure timely quotation submissions, negotiations, and contract closures.

3. Key Account Management

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key corporate clients.

Regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

Act as a single point of contact for all corporate sales-related matters.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with logistics, finance, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer data, and pipeline status.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the electronics, air conditioning, or consumer durables sector.

Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Strategic thinking and solution-selling approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to travel within Pakistan as per business requirements.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Number and value of new corporate accounts closed.

Customer satisfaction score (post-installation/service).
