Regional Sales Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will spearhead a team of sales professionals and distributors, driving company strategies to meet local business needs through effective strategy deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear objectives to deliver company plans and goals at regional and local levels.
  • Analyze market development potential for product categories, creating plans to consistently grow market shares.
  • Implement counter-strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets and brand/pack deliverables.
  • Maintain open communication with ASM/ZSM to inform strategic decision-making and ensure accurate financial and sales data.
  • Monitor trade discounts, distributor profitability, and propose suggestions to leverage revenue growth.
  • Implement quality control measures at distributor outlets.
  • Track depot sales and assist in strategic planning based on gathered data.
  • Identify untapped channels, new markets, and optimal rack productivity to enhance market share.
  • Develop team capabilities to address channel partner stability concerns.
  • Analyze and propose promotions with positive financial impact.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new product initiatives against regional business strategy.
  • Ensure smooth execution of merchandising, display, and operational priorities across territories.
  • Promote process improvements with distributors and retailers through stakeholder liaison.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • University graduate (BA).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prioritization and sense of urgency skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with multi-tasking ability.
  • Able to maintain speed in work and analyze/control processes.
