This position focuses on customer retention and service, specifically related to selling the value of renewing support agreements for products. The candidate must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and possess the skills and attitude necessary for success in their territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills.
  • Renew maintenance agreements directly with end users or via channel partners.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to maximize bookings in their territory.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Understand products, pricing, and the competitive landscape thoroughly.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with end users and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Assist team members and provide coverage as needed to meet key performance indicators.

  • Type: Full-time (ON-SITE)
  • Location: Amazon Mall, DHA 2, Islamabad
  • Timing: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
