Job Title: Senior Facility Operations Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and management of project facilities. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment by managing daily facility operations, supervising security maintenance staff and contractors, and developing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Operations:
    • Manage daily facility operations including maintenance repairs and upgrades.
    • Supervise security maintenance staff and contractors.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Facility Management:
    • Manage facility budgets and expenditures.
    • Ensure facility security access control and emergency preparedness.
    • Oversee janitorial landscaping and waste management services.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare and manage facility-related reports and documentation.
    • Coordinate with departments for facility-related needs.
    • Develop and enforce facility policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular facility inspections.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
    • Conduct safety training and drills.
    • Manage environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Liaise with stakeholders including employees, owners, tenants, and vendors.
    • Communicate facility-related information to occupants.
    • Collaborate with departments for event planning and coordination.
    • Foster positive relationships with contractors and service providers.
