Overview:

We are seeking for a commercially driven and charismatic Creator Acquisition & Partnerships Manager to lead the recruitment and relationship management of creators on our AI-generated content platform. Based in Lahore, this is a leadership-track role ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, talent acquisition, or digital creator ecosystems whos ready to take the reins of a fast-scaling vertical with global exposure.

Role Summary:

Youll spend your first week working directly with the CEO to understand Company's mission and define the short-term acquisition and onboarding strategy for content creators. From there, you will implement this strategy to build a robust and high-quality creator basefocusing on proactive outreach, relationship management, and pipeline development.

Youll go on to hire and manage a small team that supports recruitment, onboarding, and creator operations. This is a growth-track role that positions you to become part of the companys senior executive team, with significant autonomy and influence over company's creator ecosystem as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact strategy to recruit and onboard AI-native creators
  • Personally lead outreach to top-tier creators through personalised campaigns and relationship building
  • Establish systems to track and manage creator outreach, onboarding, and engagement
  • Define and monitor KPIs for creator success and platform contribution
  • Build and lead a team responsible for recruitment, success management, and operational support
  • Act as the internal advocate for creators, feeding their needs and insights into product and platform development
  • Manage a structured onboarding pipeline and drive growth in creator activity and retention
  • Collaborate with the Community team to sync creator engagement with community momentum
  • Prepare for and eventually manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and content monetisation pathways
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of experience in creator partnerships, digital talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or community-led growth
  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Strong communicator with an instinct for building relationships and winning trust
  • Familiarity with AI-generated content, Web3 trends, or emerging creator tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and build systems from scratch
  • Comfortable working at pace in a startup environment
  • Ambitious, with a long-term view to becoming senior leadership

Location: Lahore (private office, not hybrid)

Reporting to: CEO
