Strategic Partnerships Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact strategy to recruit and onboard AI-native creators. They will personally lead outreach to top-tier creators through personalized campaigns and relationship building, establishing systems to track and manage creator outreach, onboarding, and engagement. The candidate will also define and monitor KPIs for creator success and platform contribution, build and lead a team responsible for recruitment, success management, and operational support, act as the internal advocate for creators, feeding their needs and insights into product and platform development, manage a structured onboarding pipeline and drive growth in creator activity and retention, collaborate with the Community team to sync creator engagement with community momentum, and prepare for and eventually manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and content monetisation pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a high-impact strategy to recruit and onboard AI-native creators.
  • Persuasively lead outreach to top-tier creators through personal campaigns and relationship building.
  • Establish robust systems to track and manage creator outreach, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for creator success and platform contribution.
  • Build and lead a team responsible for recruitment, success management, and operational support.
  • Advocate for creators internally, feeding their needs and insights into product and platform development.
  • Manage a structured onboarding pipeline and drive growth in creator activity and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Community team to align creator engagement with community momentum.
  • Prepare for and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and content monetisation pathways.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in creator partnerships, digital talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or community-led growth; highly proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded; strong communicator with an instinct for building relationships and winning trust; familiarity with AI-generated content, Web3 trends, or emerging creator tools is a plus; demonstrated ability to lead small teams and build systems from scratch; comfortable working at pace in a startup environment; ambitious, with a long-term view to becoming senior leadership.

Location and Reporting

Lahore (private office, not hybrid); reporting directly to the CEO.
