Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish) based in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken Spanish
- Hands-on experience supporting Spanish-speaking clients
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
