Your tasks
  • Key Responsibilities, but not limited to
  • Sales, after-sale, and business promotion for R&S T&M in all related market segments in Pakistan
  • Performing customer presentations on R&S T&M to customers (pre-sales and after-sales)
  • Define and implement business plans to address all customers
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers, compare competitive products, and participate in tenders
  • Conduct and arrange sales visits, seminars, exhibitions/conferences, workshops, and propose marketing actions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, project pipeline, and activity reports to Management
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all opportunities and offers in C4C monthly
  • Maintain and update customer database in C4C
  • Achieve necessary technical qualification levels
  • Continuously follow up with existing customers and generate/nurture new leads
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order placement, follow-up, shipment, acceptance, and training of foreign currency orders until contract closure
  • Support in end-to-end order processing for local currency orders until contract closure
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts
  • Propose and execute sales strategies
  • Explore, develop, and improve market segments
  • Achieve order intake targets
  • Promote R&S T&M solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and promote suitable solutions
  • Analyze market competition and develop strategies
  • Stay updated on market and technology trends
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure timely release of Bid bonds, Performance BG, and payments from customers
  • Develop strong links with other sales teams in R&S MEA
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of R&S products
  • Stay informed about latest technology trends and competitors' offerings
  • Coordinate local Marcom activities
  • Lead the sales department staff disciplinarily and functionally
  • Develop sales staff competence within the department
  • Plan technical training for sales staff annually
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Network, or Telecom technology, or a comparable field
  • Mandatory experience in the Test & Measurement market
  • Technical knowledge in satellite and GSM communication is advantageous
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar field; experience in a matrix environment is a plus
  • Results-driven with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven leadership experience with skilled teams
  • Knowledge of project management tools and organizational structures
  • Excellent social and networking skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and independent
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse levels of personnel to resolve issues amicably
  • Experience in procurement and sourcing of technical goods/services
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project oversight and success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English; knowledge of German and Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
