Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and grow revenue streams. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, email marketing, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct discovery calls, prepare and deliver customized proposals, and pitch digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and potential client needs to position the agency effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using [CRM Tool, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
- Proposal Writing: Write effective business proposals to convert the leads into clients.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a digital marketing and/or software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
