About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Global Expansion Manager to lead and manage our international growth strategy. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end process of entering new markets, from feasibility studies to entity setup and operational integration. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and compliant expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify viable global expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze legal, regulatory, and cultural factors in target regions to assess entry feasibility.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with entering new markets.
  • Oversee legal entity setup in new countries (e.g., branch, subsidiary, representative office).
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, employment regulations, and tax obligations.
  • Coordinate company registration, licensing, and required permits.
  • Liaise with legal, tax, and regulatory consultants across regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all expansion-related initiatives internally.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage onboarding, payroll, and local employment policies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on country-specific labor laws and HR practices.
  • Identify and manage relationships with local vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in global expansion, international operations, or market entry strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, legal entity setup, and compliance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and in multicultural environments.
  • Experience with managing external legal, tax, and consulting partners.
