Responsibilities:

- Develop master template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting as per existing practices.

- Recording of cash receipts and payments (date-wise, crop-wise, type of labor, labor count, acreage and other info).

- Daily cash reconciliation of petty cash and cash held for operational payments at farm.

- Verification of supporting documents of all cash receipts and payments with due approvals.

- Close coordination with cashier and local team to compile hardcopy filing and archiving for documentation and audit trail.

- To ensure that complete record of crop harvesting & dispatch is being maintained (date-wise, crop-wise, accepted quantity, rate, and by-product).

- To ensure that inventory receipts and issuance record is being maintained (date-wise, item-wise, and crop-wise).

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills.

- Any other tasks assignment by line management and reporting to Head Office on ad-hoc basis.

Requirement:

-CA / ACCA with4 - 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance operations in agriculture / livestock sector. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
