Responsibilities
  • Call center agents help customers answer questions and solve issues across various channels, including processing payments, assisting with orders, and addressing complaints.
  • Help to improve the customer experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the customer regarding bill payments.
Skills Required
  • Ability to clearly articulate information, maintain a professional tone, and adapt to the customer's needs.
  • Able to solve problems and provide a course of action.
  • Comfortable using various software applications, including CRM systems, ticketing systems, and call tools.
  • Approach interactions from the customer's point of view and do what's right for them.
  • Ability to stay calm and in control, even if a solution isn't immediately available.
