As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Corporate Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire corporate and industrial clients for large-scale solar EPC projects.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and industry stakeholders to enhance Excel Energies' market position.
  3. Market Research & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and regulatory incentives in the solar energy sector.
  4. Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals, tenders, and presentations for corporate clients.
  5. Revenue & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, negotiate contracts, and achieve growth targets in line with company objectives.
  6. Regulatory & Compliance Understanding: Stay updated with government policies, NEPRA regulations, and incentives related to solar energy.
  7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development, sales, or corporate account management within the solar energy, power, or EPC sector.
  2. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value solar projects and managing key corporate accounts.
  4. Strong Network: Well-connected within the energy and corporate sectors in Pakistan.
  5. Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
