Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire corporate and industrial clients for large-scale solar EPC projects.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and industry stakeholders to enhance Excel Energies' market position.
- Market Research & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and regulatory incentives in the solar energy sector.
- Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals, tenders, and presentations for corporate clients.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, negotiate contracts, and achieve growth targets in line with company objectives.
- Regulatory & Compliance Understanding: Stay updated with government policies, NEPRA regulations, and incentives related to solar energy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development, sales, or corporate account management within the solar energy, power, or EPC sector.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value solar projects and managing key corporate accounts.
- Strong Network: Well-connected within the energy and corporate sectors in Pakistan.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
