IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position exists to provide operational support for the effective implementation and ongoing monitoring of key Ethics & Compliance policies across PTCL Group. The objective is to ensure that activities such as Conflict of Interest (COI) and Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality (GEH) declarations, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) controls, and Code of Conduct expectations are adhered to through structured tracking, follow-ups, and verification procedures. The incumbent plays a critical role in maintaining accurate compliance records, coordinating with departments for timely disclosures, and supporting assurance activities through data gathering, testing, and exception reporting. While the role requires a high degree of independence and attention to detail in execution, guidance will be available from senior compliance team members for more complex tasks. The position also contributes to policy awareness efforts and assists with internal reporting and communication deliverables, supporting a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Monitoring and operational implementation of key Ethics & Compliance policies including Code of Conduct, ABAC, COI, GEH.
  • Maintain central trackers and logs for disclosures, approvals, and policy exceptions.
  • Support control testing and periodic assurance activities for ABAC and related policies. Coordinate collection and verification of documentation related to policy disclosures.
  • Liaising with functions managing whistleblower and hotline channels (e.g., Meri Awaz, Anti-Harassment) to track Code of Conduct violations and related actions, and consolidating insights for compliance governance improvement.
  • Draft dashboards, summaries, and exception reports for management reporting.
  • Assist with ad hoc assignments and provide support to the Ethics & Compliance team to help achieve departmental objectives and completion of the annual compliance plan.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
