Executive Director of Strategic Growth

We seek an ambitious Executive Director to spearhead our company's next phase of growth and innovation. This visionary leader will oversee the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, customers, and employees.

  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation in products and services to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team and broader organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 11-13 years of experience in a senior management position within the regulated financial services sector.

  • A postgraduate degree in Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of leadership and success in similar roles.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
