IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This position is responsible for leading the design and execution of Ethics & Compliance training and awareness initiatives across PTCL Group. The goal is to cultivate a culture of integrity and ethical conduct through impactful learning interventions. The incumbent will create and implement the annual compliance training plan, deliver instructor-led sessions, and develop digital e-learning modules based on internal risk assessments and regulatory requirements. The role requires minimal supervision and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, manage LMS content, drive awareness campaigns, and measure training effectiveness. Additionally, it supports compliance reporting and culture audits to enhance ethical awareness and drive continuous improvement.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and implement the annual Ethics & Compliance Training and Awareness Plan aligned with risk assessments, internal inputs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions and digital e-learning modules for employees, senior management, and high-risk third parties.
  • Manage content and engagement on the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee intranet portal (PC HUB), including quizzes, tracking, reporting, and compliance dashboards.
  • Plan and lead awareness campaigns such as newsletters, digital posters, wallpapers, SMS, internal portal postings, compliance pop-ups, and quizzes to promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
  • Coordinate regular review and improvement of compliance training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Support the Group Director of Ethics & Compliance in preparing training performance reports and executing the annual Compliance Culture Audit.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certified professionals (e.g., CCEP, CIA, CISA, ACCA, CA, or similar) with relevant training and development experience are also encouraged to apply. Additional certifications or training in instructional design, digital learning tools, or training facilitation will further strengthen the candidate's profile.
