Overview

We at Techminds Solution are looking for a Supplier relationship Officer for contributing to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for bringing in new suppliers and maintaining good business relationships with existing ones over phone/ email. A successful Supplier relationship Officer must be excellent at communication and must have superior people skills.

Responsibilities
  • Contacting current and potential suppliers to get approval of supplier's products.
  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
  • Understanding supplier's requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
  • Keeping the suppliers database maintained and updated.
  • Sending the Purchase Orders- POs, taking follow-ups and help sourcing the products.
  • Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances.
  • Facilitating companies' growth by going the extra mile and meeting the Calls quota.
  • Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful information.
Requirements
  • Available to work in Evening Shift 6:00 pm (evening) till 3:00 am (Night).
  • Resident of Karachi - Shahra-e-Faisal or Near by Areas.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Supplier relationship Officer or any similar role.
  • Efficient with English.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
