We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Senior Sales Closing Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, conducting video-based product demos, qualifying leads, and converting them into paying customers. This position requires confidence in cold outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
  • Execute targeted cold call campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging video-based product demos that address customer needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads through structured questioning and assess their readiness to buy.
  • Close deals by handling objections, building value, and guiding prospects to a decision.
  • Track and manage lead activity and pipeline status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for outreach, demo bookings, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with cold calling or outbound sales campaigns.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers through video calls and presentations.
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit KPIs.
