The Team:

The Client Operations team is responsible for providing client support for our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations with clients and driving product usage. Being present in Pakistan and the Philippines makes it a truly global team. Members of the team get to learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce Real Estate webcast presentations, and develop technical skills. You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Technology, Product Management, Content & Industry Research, etc).

Impact & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide client support via phone, email, and other mediums.
  2. Make suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  3. Partner with product teams on timely and thorough testing of our products, with an eye toward the client experience and possible enhancements.
  4. Contribute to knowledge-base, optimize workflow to make client experience seamless.
  5. In-house and external product and industry trainings.
  6. Financial modeling assistance.

What we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or related field.
  2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  3. Knowledgeable in finance, real estate, or the global economy.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  7. Team-player mentality with strong collaboration skills.
  8. Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment.
  9. Must be amenable to permanently work in US hours or night shifts.
