The Sr. HR Generalist will assist the HR Director and will be mainly responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage recruitment, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and shortlisting processes, maintaining the talent pipeline.
- Draft and issue employee agreements and offer letters.
- Coordinate and document employee separations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Execute training needs assessments.
- Assist with the annual performance review cycle.
- Handle payroll processing, including commissions, variable compensation, referral bonuses, and extra shift allowances.
- Manage and update JIRA tickets and Confluence.
- Ensure quarterly goal reviews and payout processes are completed timely.
- Provide corporate reports and analysis as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
MBA degree from a reputed institute (preferably from the IT industry).
Experience and Skills:
· 3+ years of HR experience, including at least two years in recruitment.
· Experience in developing and implementing HR best practices.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
· Working knowledge of labor laws.
