Job Title: Compensation Management Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Compensation Management Professional, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, while also ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.

Your role will involve coordinating with internal departments, handling statutory compliance, and continuously improving payroll systems and processes. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • You will oversee payroll tax calculations, deductions, and compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Liaise with external vendors or software providers for payroll systems.
  • Facilitate regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support in payroll budgeting and reporting for management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
  • Manage employee compensation frameworks and benefit plans in alignment with organizational policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and compensation structures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll-related software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
